Australia - EC2 Chrome instance has hardware acceleration disabled

Hi WPT,

Not sure if this setting can be changed, but the Australia - EC2 (Sydney) Chrome instance has hardware acceleration disabled for some reason.

Using the Mapbox Hardware support page as a test: Check if Mapbox GL JS is supported | Mapbox GL JS | Mapbox

Sydney Chrome instance: https://www.webpagetest.org/result/170219_CV_Y93/ FAILS
Dulles Chrome instance: https://www.webpagetest.org/result/170219_4P_YW3/ PASSES

Anyway, is there a way to enable hardware acceleration for the Australia - EC2 Chrome instance please?
