FTB slow but server is ok?

I have an domain where the ftb is very slow:

But a subdomain wich is running on the same dedicated server is much faster so it is not the server.

Both sites a running on wordpress and have the W3 Total Cache enabled.

Does anybody knows how I Can figure out what the difference is so I can speed up the ftb?

Start with a really simple php page that does nothing and see what the TTFP for that is.

If it’s quick then start looking at the queries used to build the home page, also check the impact of W3 Total Cache by doing a test with it disabled.
