Display selected Custom Headers and HTTP2.0

Hi. Two feature requests.

1. Identify/Display http2.0/SPDY in the request details
2. Display custom response-headers as one or more columns in the “request details” would be awesome-Things like “X-WebServer” or X-Cache-Hit etc. etc.
