Initial Connection Over 20s

Please help! I think I have got most things working well, but I cannot make sense of the huge initial connection times in the below test:

You will usually see huge connect times like that if there is a network problem or if the server is running out of available connections. It’s probably worth running several tests to make sure it’s a recurring problem and not just a one-time issue.
