Mobile Test Results are irregular

Hi guys. Having confusions about my mobile site speed results. It is really irregular and I don’t know what may be the reason. The yellow lines are the mobile results and green is desktop.

Is it normal to have results like this? My configs are:
–webpagetest.mobile --webpagetest.device iPhone6plus --webpagetest.bwdown 9000000 --webpagetest.bwup 4000000 --webpagetest.latency 170

I have no idea why results has big ups and downs.

What you’re seeing is basically wifi speeds vs wired speeds. There’s really nothing confusing about that.
