Private Instances in an enterprise context

Hi everyone,

I’m a big fan of WPT, having used it personally online and in isolated proof-of-concept scenarios inside the large, global company I work at (my team provides web hosting infrastructure for developers to deploy on). I’m keen to take our PoC a leap further and run a small internal network of private test instances in different geographies to test, monitor & report on intranet applications and sites.

I’m troubled by step 1 - Configure the test system to automatically log-on to an administrator account - which as has been noted in other articles isn’t exactly a popular option in our locked down environment! Assuming we can trigger a remote log on, we can elevate entitlements in a whitelisted way (think Viewfinity Privilege Management, Avecto Privilege Guard and products like that), does anyone have experience getting the required components for the agents into a whitelist and running them under such control?

Thanks!
