When I open the start page, it loads pretty quickly. But when I go further, the page opens very long. When I open it again, the download time decreases.

Help me to understand.

The problem you’re seeing with first asset rendering, relates to your hosting.

Erratic times for first asset rendering relate to your entire LAMP Stack or in your case NGINX stack.

Likely database tuning is required.

Start by running mysqltuner + clearing all diagnostics.

To fix this, tune every component of your Stack till your asset #1 render times stabilize.
