Small image reportedly takes 80+ seconds on 3G?

What could possibly be the reason for that MASSIVE time to load on that image? It’s pretty small… Repeated tests never yielded a result lower than *50 seconds.

*That was actually this morning, now it’s hovering around 20 seconds. Still seems absurd.

Best bet is to take a tcpdump capture to see if you can see what is happening at a packet level. That seems absurdly slow for that small of an image and you can see the bandwidth graph is barely doing anything so something pathological is kicking in.
