Not sure if this is the correct forum, but both the Tokyo and Singapore test locations have over 200+ queued tests. Is it possible to restart the machines in those locations?

Sorry, Tokyo went offline and the automated systems missed it - I just hid it and sent a note to the partner to bounce it. Singapore looks good but it probably recovered since you originally noticed. Feel free to send me a note directly if you see a problem or have a question about a given location.
It’s not terribly end-user friendly but you can see when the last time any location talked to the server here: http://www.webpagetest.org/getTesters.php (as well as the number of machines backing the various locations).
