I have made a web performance test for both First View and Repeat View on a smartphone emulator device:

But when I look at the test result, it seems that TTL for external links does not work in Repeat View. It is supposed that the file repeat view should be loaded from the browser cache instead of fully reloading.
Or is there any problem with TTL settings?
