Add CDN Level3

Hello,

I’m currently using Level3 CDN and it’s not detected :-/

It can be detected by CNAME ending with “.fpbns.net.”

Thanks. Just added to the code and it will probably go live within the next week on the public instance (whenever a new update gets pushed): Added fpbns.net to the CDN list as Level 3 · WPO-Foundation/webpagetest@b9e50e8 · GitHub
