The measurement of TTFB are noticeably high when we access the site from a CDN. Does anyone noticed that?

That’s not unusual (depending on how high it is). The time for the CDN to connect back to your origin ends up showing up as TTFB time. Some CDN’s can improve on it by maintaining keep-alive connections back to your origin or using an egress server close to your origin.
