Chrome/FF displaying blank.html

Hi,

Configured WPT with WAMPSERVER. when trying to test an application, page been directed to blank2.html in chrome and blank.html in firefox without opening target URL. Test been completed with the status as below

First View: Test Error: Timed out waiting for the browser to start.
Repeat View: Test Error: Skipped repeat view, first view failed: Timed out waiting for the browser to start

Attached debugview logs for your reference. Please advise.

Same issue exists in our private instance also, it works fine for IE and Edge in Windows 10 machine, but does not work for Chrome or FF.

no one seems to bother about the issues we are facing?
can any one help out on this chrome/ ff blank.html issue??
