Difference Resulting Test "webpagetest.org/lighthouse" & "lighthouse extension"

I tested some pages of the site on “WebPageTest - Lighthouse Test” & “lighthouse extension”, then there is a difference? Someone tells me the reason, and should I use any result :-/? Some example demo below:
