The biggest issue is “Time to First Byte” in the results. There must be going something very wrong on the server like some heavy mysql query, some unneeded loop, some plugin etc. Secondly fix the two 404 errors and you should be good.
First off, it looks like your varnish install isn’t working properly, so you may want to remove it from the equation until you’ve sorted the underlying performance problems.
Are you running a free setup from one.com? As the site seems to be pre-generated (if this is the case, then Varnish won’t help much anyway), only the lack of available resources on the host server itself could account for the poor performance.
So my suggestion… spend (more) money!
