Http2 and IE11

I noticed IE 11 doesn’t support HTTP2 when I use Webpagtest public instance to test.
After some research, I found that apparently IE11 on windows 10 supports http2:

Not sure if this is possible, but if I ask my infrastructure team to upgrade the OS on the environment we host our WPT agent on, will it work and get http2?

Has anybody done this before?

I have Windows 10 on my laptop and I can confirm that IE11 on this OS supports HTTP/2. So upgrading OS should provide you with HTTP/2 support on IE11.
