IE9 and 'Check for server certificate revocation'

I currently have a private instance running 2.13 that has run into a strange issue. When trying to access commbank.com.au over IE9 with the option ‘check for server certificate revocation’ enabled IE reports that “Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage”. However if I manually open IE and navigate to that page it loads fine. Once that option is disabled WPT can successfully test that page.

Comparing pcaps between the manual and WPT page load with check revocation enabled the difference is that during the manual load you can see that OCSP and CRL requests are being sent during SSL negotiation. These do not show up when WPT tries to load the site.

Any suggestions on why this is happening?
