ios + Safari Start rendering issue

Hi All

I am seeing issue with ios devices + safari browser .

Start Render happens after DOM Content Loaded, On Load, Document Complete .

Video also confirms this , i have tested this on multiple sites and i see the same behavior . Please advise on this issue .
