Start Render time greater than Document Complete time

I was running a test of a site under Nexus Android 2.3 and noticed that the First View start render time is greater than document complete time (and fully loaded time), which doesn’t make sense to me.

Looks like a bug in the android agents. If you look at the filmstrip it actually rendered a lot earlier.
