I don’t see anything indicating that your site is using CloudFlare. Have you changed over to their name servers?

Can you se where i need to start ?

There appears to be several issues: server configuration/DNS/PHP/PHP handler…

Is this shared hosting? In any event, you’ll want to contact HostPapa and see if they can track down the issues, as the more blatant problems seem to be server-side. I am more of a front-end optimization guy, however, so hopefully someone else will chime-in with better detail for you to approach your host with.

Hi,

That site isn’t pointing to us in any way. If you tried to sign up through a partner’s panel option, then something isn’t configured there properly & you should contact your hosting provider for assistance.

hi adjam,

thanks for your advies. the provider did’nt find anything by the server side.

hi damoncloudflare,
i stop with cloudflare because i got better result without the cdn. anyways now the site laod quickly.

thanks to both.

Hi,

Pretty rare to have that kind of experience, unless you’re in a location where we don’t have a data center yet.

CDN are for serving assets and thats clearly not the bottleneck of your site.
See http://www.webpagetest.org/result/140926_EY_4SR/1/details/ and notice that php is taking a really time to respond. Hence the ‘F’ for “first byte time”.
