Looks like tests started failing some time this morning. I’m taking a look into it now but hopping on a flight in a few minutes so things may be screwy for a few hours while I figure out what happened (Windows Update that broke things would be my guess but hopefully it’s something simpler than that).
Everything should be fine now, sorry about that. Murphy’s law and all that, just as I’m traveling. The always-appropriate “just reboot the server, that fixes everything” resolved the issue.
