No agents connected - Private instance on Google Cloud

Hello,

I set up a private instance of WPT on Google Cloud.
Everything was working fine. I had multiple agents on different locations that I can connect to my server. Theses agents (Google cloud instances) were always shut down after I perform my tests to reduce the costs.
Today I started my agents but no one connected to the server. Is there an issue with the server configuration or do I have to change something ?
