Parameters for a private instance EC2 test agent and traffic shaping

Potentially silly question… I want to test out different parameters for an EC2 test agent belonging to a private instance on Amazon.

I want to try out the parameter “wpt_threads” and noticed the note that “… multiple threads does not work with traffic shaping.” What does “traffic shaping” mean? :shy:

Is that a reference to simulating different connection speeds - i.e. If I open more than a single thread I can’t customize the connection speed of testing - or a reference to optimizing bandwith consumed on my network by my agent as described here

wpt_threads isn’t supported (I need to remove it from the documentation). Only running one browser instance at a time works these days.
