Private Instance doesn't show Screen shot

I installed a private instance of WebPagetest and I am having a problem Screen shot showing as attached image. Could help?

Most likely reason that comes to mind is that the php post file limit size is too low and the images can’t be uploaded. Is everything on the install check page green? http:///install/

Yes, this check page install with almost all green options, only the APC option, because the version of PHP and Open SSL are warn.

Anything show up in the web server error log? Also, what is the path to the screen shot images from the browser’s point-of-view. Wonder if an url-rewrite rule isn’t working.

Follows the path of the image is not displayed. The path of this image on the server and the error log.
I am also suspicious of rewrite rules, but did not move in these rules.

This problem only occurs on the images Thumbs.

The LoadModule warnings might be causing the rewrite rules to fail. The rewrite rule that maps the screen shot directory to a call to thumbnail.php is probably not working. I’d take a look at your apache httpd configuration and make sure mod_rewrite is loaded or move the .htaccess rules from the WPT directory into the server config directly.
