3 - The first byte time is going to be a function of your aplication itself. Since you are running on top of Presta Shop so you may have to ping them about tuning for performance (could be database or server configuration or it could be their code itself).
After that you should also test with IE8 or 9 which loads a lot more resources in parallel and will give you different things to focus on. It does look like you have a fair number of small graphics that are individual files that can be combined into image sprites which should help quite a bit as well.

I dont know if this is a problem which was recognized by mor people on x360a, but I really have some problems with some functions.
For example when I click on “Guide” it takes about 30 sec. up to 1 min. to load the page. This does not happen if i right click the link and click “open in new tab”. On other pages I dont notice this huge loading time…
Another thing is updating the own achievements. If I select my newly unlocked achievements and click “Save changes” it takes about 1-2 minutes to load the page, and even if it finishes loading the page forgot what achievements I selected. I tried it 2 times and my achievements in Turok are still with a total of 0 gamerscores.
Also, for I guess 3 months my gamercard does not appear anymore in either the main page nor my forum posts…
