You shouldn’t have gotten results back yesterday either, the Sao Paulo test agent has a hardware problem and has been offline for ~3 days while Exceda works on bringing it back online. Locations that go offline for more than 30 minutes get hidden so users don’t try submitting tests but if you are using the API and not checking the location status before submitting you could end up getting queued for a location that is offline.
But I need to result in Brasil. please tell when it does well? thank you!
