Software Install failed, waiting to try again

Each time I start up wptdriver it keeps trying to install some updates but I get this error every time Software Install failed, waiting to try again"

does it have to do with the software=http://www.webpagetest.org/installers/software.dat in the wptdriver.ini? I tried commenting it out but it didn’t work

Earlier I was not getting this error and chrome and firefox were able to run fine

There are 3 lines in the ini that will try to install software. That one as well as the installer line in each of the browser sections. If you comment them all out it won’t try to do any installs.

Any idea what’s causing the error? I’ve the same issue even though I can reach installer-dat-files from agent.
