SpeedIndex and Visually Complete missing for some tests on private instance (v2.13)

Got some tests on a private instance that as missing speedindex and visually complete metrics - not in XML results or HTML

Some tests do appear to have them, problem also appears to be all browsers except IE8.

IE8 is still running URLBlast others are all WPTDriver.

Any pointers for where I should look?

It only seems to be for tests via the API e.g.

http://127.0.0.1/runTest.php?f=xml&url=http%3A%2F%2Fnews.bbc.co.uk&location=wptIE9%3AChrome&video=0&fvonly=1&runs=3&mv=1&priotity=9&web10=0

I have another install (also 2.13) where this works fine, both are upgrades from pervious versions of WPT.
