On my local installation of webpagetest i am not able to see any of the tabs including the home tab. However it looks like headers.inc is correctly included into the index.php of the home page. What could be causing these tabs to not show. In particular I am trying to get the home and test history tabs to show. thanks
Go into your settings folder and rename/delete the custom.css file. I chose a poor sample of showing you how to customize the site by hiding the headers (the file is there for you to override any of the site css).
