Does Webpagetest mark the TTI in the result as “Fully Loaded”?
If not what is the difference between both because what I have read about TTI is the amount of time it takes for the page to become fully interactive and fully loaded
for example. my page is interactive and i scroll around and click things that work, but the javascript of the cookie banner is still loading in the background.
when that is finally there after 2-3 seconds it pops up on my screen and nothing more loads or processes in the background, then it is “Fully loaded”
so, TTI is the time until all the stuff you need to use the site is there
FL is when all the stuff that is extra functionality is also there
