Is webpagetest a 32-bit or 64-bit application?

“WebPagetest” is a bunch of components. The UI is all PHP so it depends on the interpreter you have installed. The browser plugin (and UrlBlast which drives the browser) are 32-bit and work with the 32-bit IE, even on 64-bit Windows (which is the default browser on 64-bit windows because there is no Flash plugin for 64-bit).
