What is the vertical purple bar in WPT waterfall charts ?

Hi,

I see a vertical purple bar in waterfall charts. I am quite sure it is not SSL negotiation - so can somebody tell me what is it ?

See attached waterfall chart for www.amazon.com. This vertical bar is at 1.2 seconds and goes all the way from top to bottom of the chart (similar to “Start Render” and “Document Complete” lines).
