Whats the condition in which the download times are not rendered properly. Look at the waterfalls here requests 38-42

Whats going on. Is it something specific to this site?

Yeesh, that looks very broken. For SSL requests on Chrome, WebPagetest uses the timing information that comes from dev tools and it looks pretty broken. I’ll see if there is something I can do with it or if I can figure out what’s going on.
