I am new to this, but here goes.
On Feb 5 the site was working well… response times in 3 sec. Since then the response has been slow … test results here:

It would seem from a laymans standpoint, the TTFB of 10 sec is the key issue here. My host has not been helpful, The site is Joomla 3.0 with Cloudflare. The host originally suggested there was a bad module. I uninstalled all the modules and components, and was still left with a 10 sec TTFB.
