Hi, since yesterday I’m not able to retrieve my test results because they’re stuck in the queue for several hours. It’s strange because sometimes they go up in the queue, like from position 17 to 20. I think it could be due to 2 reasons:
- The server is running slowly for some reason and every test takes too long
- Somebody is pushing tons of tests in this server with high priority, so they keep low priority ones on the queue forever…
I know these are free public instances, and I can’t demand anything, but it seems a little bit strange, since last week waiting time it was just a matter of minutes. Is there some kind of threshold of waiting time in which some kind of alert should be sent to the admin?
