I am getting below warnings. What are the softwares I need to installed so that I get all GREEN marks

php_apc (or php_apcu) is the package name if you’re on Ubuntu. What OS?

I am on Windows OS

I wouldn’t recommend APC on Windows. It is only really needed if you are scaling to running a lot of test agents and if you are doing that hopefully you are running the server on Linux. PHP APC support on Windows is questionable at best.
