Block feature not working properly for Dulles test agent using IE-10

I’m experiencing an issue when running a WPT using the Dulles test agent and IE-10, where a DoubleClick call (and subsequent piggyback calls) are not getting blocked as I’ve requested. It worked with IE-8 from Dulles when I blocked the same call on a previous test.
