My Compress images result is N/A, and Compress transfer is A grade.
Is this good or bad ?

It’s not worth testing until you get the server fixed. Most of the requests failed and the site was completely broken so the results are pretty useless. The N/A for images was because none actually loaded.
Looking at the requests that were attempted, you have a lot of work to do in cleaning up the css and js (merging a bunch of it together). It looks like almost all 70 of the requests in the failed test were for js and css resources. Even when things on the server are fixed that is going to be REALLY slow.
