Error 500 and User Agents not listed

Hi,

I’ve created my EC2 instances and this tutorial helped:

First, using version 2.14, I got the main server and agent working, but clicking “test” brings an empty page with error 500. Couldn’t find any other error details.

Second, I tried the same process with 2.16, but agents were not listed in this case. Also tried to update the agents, but I couldn’t find any way to connect to the agent ami windows instance (ami-c262d9ab), RDB, ssh and ftp were impossible to connect.

Does anybody know how to solve any of these problems?

The locations will stay hidden until actual agents connect. The AMI instances connect to the server, not the other way around so the server will need to be reachable from EC2.
