A couple questions. It takes about 5 seconds for the site to load initially, could this be a problem with the godaddy hosting server that I have no control over?

Also, sometimes PageSpeed Insights says “Your page has 2 blocking script resources and 4 blocking CSS resources” but sometimes it says I have fewer things blocking the site, even though I havent edited the site. I’m not sure why it says that?

Also, the site uses Avada wordpress theme which is known for being slower than average, so that could be part of the problem.
