Absolutely - migrate it to be an actual HTML website instead of the 700KB flash file that it is currently. It will be a lot more user-friendly and it will actually work on an iPad/iPhone and newer Android devices (none of which support Flash at all).
Seriously, the site needs to be re-implemented - don’t even TRY to make the current flash site any faster.
