High CPU usage at London_IE8

Ive run some tests on London_IE8 recently, and noticed something is causing very very high CPU usage in WPT results. The cpu graph stays locked at 100% for a while and start render line is also pushed further than it should… (The onpage image tags even start processing before that)

Results from other test nodes don’t reflect that…

Any clues as to whats going on? Can we have the hardware specs of London_IE8 and Dulles_IE8?

Thanks, I’ll work with the Watchmouse guys to see if we can figure out what is going on. I’ve never seen a case where high CPU utilization or weird behavior like that was caused by the hardware specs. It has always been either something with the OS configuration or something like Antivirus software.
