I’ve just tried this out (note it’s “Update 2” rather than “Update”.)
I put:
just before the first, vanilla stylesheet href.
Seems to work a charm, parallelisation has increased - just like the pics in the blog.
Saved me half a second at a stroke.
Thought I’d share Markus and Stoyan’s good work.
The conditional load can be handy, but as most of the traffic is on IE, one should see if they can avoid loading additional css for IE.
