I used to use Pro plan, but I stopped using it about two years ago (I tried to review my subscription history, but there’s no history page). I recently noticed $180 was billied to my credit card, but for the past two years, I have not subscribed to Pro plan.
Is there any specific contact page for billing troubles?
I also need to know full history of my subscription.
I am sorry to hear about your concern regarding your account. To provide you with the best assistance, I kindly request that you raise a support ticket support@webpagetest.org
Please include any relevant details or questions you have about your billing information, and we will ensure to assist you promptly.
You can check ID:102123 for ongoing ticket, but response is not quick enough. I have not heard you for 4 days. You really need to set this ticket’s priority HIGH as this is a possible billing bug that may affect all your users with the same situation.
To reproduce, follow this step.
Set up a test user.
This test user must subscried to annual Pro plan at $180.
Make the system auto cancel the Pro plan at the end of subscription.
Make sure the test user is on Free plan after Pro plan expired.
Once you follow the step, the test user will be charged $180 after a few months wihout the user’s action to upgrade from Free to Pro plan. So as the result of this bug, the test user will remain as Free plan user, but is charged for the price of annual Pro plan which is $180.
This is what’s happening with my account, but your team seems lacking commitment to solve this case and initiate refund. I loved WPT, but so far I’m really disappointed by the level of support I’m receiving.
We apologize for the inconvenience you recently experienced.
Please be assured that we have already initiated your refund, and it should reflect in your account within 3-5 business days. Additionally, we have started an investigation into this issue to ensure that it does not happen again in the future.
