Problems with payments


The last three or four months we have had problems making recurring payments with our VISA card on your platform. I called VISA and they told me that they couldn’t fix the issues with , and that I’ll probably have to call them every time we want to make a payment in order to process it. To reduce the problem, I want to make an annual payment and continue using the platform, but I couldn’t find a way to do it from the web, could you help me with that? We want to make 5000 tests per month.
