IP addresses of testing locations

Hello,

I would like to run WPT against one of my sites which is restricted by IP address. Is there a list of the public IP addresses for the various testing locations?

The IP’s for all of the agents is available here: http://www.webpagetest.org/getTesters.php

The Dulles locations will come from 72.66.115.14 (they list a private IP on the testers page since they are on the same LAN as the server).

Are the agents using EIP’s or are they fully dynamic?

The EC2 location IP addresses may change in case instances die and new ones are brought up but otherwise the rest of the locations are static (AFAIK).
