Feels like some testers make 5-10+ runs on their tests…

Unfortunately you are probably behind some of the Page Speed Service comparison tests which each do 5 runs (there is a limit of 10 runs per test). There are some dedicated locations where the bulk of the testing was done but there was some bleed over into the normal locations (particularly in Europe). Sorry for the inconvenience - the queues are slowly working their way back to normal.
