Missing information after test

Hi Guys,

I’m having a hard time checking why a private instance + agent install on Windows 7 x64 (running 2.16) is missing some section values after a test execution using Chrome 39 (http://cdn.webpagetest.org/installers/browsers/chrome_39.exe).

Sections below shows empty values (or N/A) when using Chrome, but with Firefox and IE 11 it works fine:

  • Summary → (Summary Table) → Document Complete Bytes In (Column)
    Chrome = 0 KB
    Firefox = 2,152 KB

  • Performance Review
    Chrome = Compress Images: N/A and Use Progressive JPEGs: N/A
    Firefox = Compress Images: 68/100 and Use Progressive JPEGs: 57/100

Any chance you are going through a SSL proxy or something similar that might be hiding the traffic? WPT can’t access the response bodies for SSL resources when using Chrome but it looks like you were testing a http site so normally that shouldn’t be an issue.

Other than that the only thing that comes to mind is if you are running an older test agent or if there is antivirus of some kind interfering.
