PageTest never gets past "Waiting"

Hello,

I have setup a private instance within my network:

Windows Server: Test Agent
Linux Server: Web Server

I believe I have configured everything correctly on both nodes, but when I run a test, it never gets past the “waiting” phase. Im sure I am missing something that connects these 2 nodes together.

I followed the setup of the following tutorials:

What does the /install page show for the locations? My guess is that the location in locations.ini and wptdriver.ini or urlblast.ini don’t match.
