speed index and start render is empty

Hi Good people,

I am new to wpt. I am trying hit the api to
http://www.webpagetest.org/runtest.php?url=bangalore.quikr.com/quikrx&runs=1&f=json&k=&location=ap-south-1:Chrome.Cable
for this particular location start render and speed is index is empty, Am i missing anything here.

You need to enable video capture to get the visual metrics - passing video=1 should do it.
